- Original tags and packaging are intact
- The request is made within 15 days of delivery
- The product has a manufacturing defect or incorrect item was delivered
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased on sale or discount
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Size issues (please check the size guide carefully before ordering)
- Change of mind after purchase
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Size exchange (subject to stock availability)
- Manufacturing defect
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
4. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear pictures of the item.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
Approved returns must be shipped back within the instructed timeframe.
5. Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refund Policy

- No cash refunds
Store credit can be used for future purchases.
7. Important Notes
- Import Galleria reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
- Slight color differences due to screen settings are not considered defects.
- Delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.
